Transitions are a game changer, along with magnetic clip-on sunglasses that look identical to your frames. They’re not your grandparent’s clipons.
I really regret getting those auto darkening glasses, can never get a picture outdoor that shows your eyes unless it’s overcast.
Best thing I ever did. Now I put my glasses on in the morning, take them off when I go to bed.
