    This is a genuine effect well known in commerce - people are more likely to enter when there are already customers.

      I was at an airport once and paid to use a massage chair because I was exhausted and wanted a light snooze. When the time ran out the owner asked me to stay as long as I wanted for unlimited time, because of this fact lol

    If I had a cafe or bar, I’d put a sign out “If you’re the first customer, then it’s always happy hour”
