What’s your evidence that he doesn’t know it? All these claims that he knows nothing, but I never see any proof or evidence.

Like, yeah, he has a team, because nothing gets done with just one person. That is not evidence for him not knowing how things work.

My proof is that actually that my pet cat knows more about manufacturing than he does, therefore he doesn’t know the most. In fact, my cat knows literally everything possible to know about manufacturing. It’s amazing. And if you don’t believe me, then you need to show your evidence that it isn’t true. Also, my cat doesn’t routinely give misinformation about the capabilities of the products made by their companies.

How do you know the amount he knows? Your cats knowledge, unfortunately, does not shine light on the matter.

My evidence are the videos and articles where people who work with him say he is heavily involved. But you made he claim he doesn’t know it. I never see evidence he doesn’t.

He doesn’t work in manufacturing. He owns companies that work in manufacturing.

I’m not a medical expert just because I pay my medical bills.

He does both. He owns it. He also goes down onto the manufacturing floors and gets his hands dirty sometimes

It’s like saying the doctor who owns his own clinic has no idea what the nurses do.

No, it’s like saying that a businessman who owns a hospital has no ideas what the doctors are doing, despite the fact that once a month he shows up in scrubs to push a patient’s wheelchair for a photo op.

Mmm, more like if the business man also spent all his time learning about medicine, got a degree in both medicine and business and spent time brainstorming and diagnosing patients

The trim coming off of the Cybertruck while driving down the highway or the steering wheel coming off of his cars would hint that he doesn’t know what he’s talking about.

Musk is the one making the claims. It’s his job to prove his own statements.

Wait, if he’s only a talking head and doesn’t help or know anything then why is the steering wheel coming off his fault? Wouldn’t that be the fault of the engineers or manufacturing techs who work on it?

Because if he was truly such a genious he would know it’s not right and fix it himself, or in general know how to have higher quality assurances.

I would say the fact that he isn’t a P.E. is enough for me.

If he was some mastermind engineer like he claims, he could easily pass the FE without even needing to study.

Everyone else in the world needs to prove their credentials, why doesn’t he?

Everyone else in the world doesn’t need to prove their credentials, there are plenty of people who know what’s up without credentials. He has a Degree in physics and has self-taught himself many things. Some people are just good at learning things and he’s one of them.

Yes people have to prove themselves, what the fuck are you talking about about? You can’t just engineer a skyscraper because you say you are really good at it. The FE exists for a reason.

Let’s examine why your comment was interpreted as a troll statement.

Message you responded to was asking if the captions actually matched what was said by this individual. The second bit notes the individual is known to be “full of it” which generally means “speaking nonsense, lying, or exaggerating”.

Last I heard, musk has regularly exaggerated in his statements. And I believe has been known to lie on occasion.

So, you have an honest question asking to find the source of the clip and your immediate response is, where is your proof he doesn’t know more than anyone else on the planet when it comes to manufacturing.

Either you woefully misinterpreted the comment or you didn’t read it at all or the simplest answer, you’re a troll.
