ENGWE does not seem to be notifying their US customers about this, as usual: Their customer experience is a dumpster fire.
Contact them ASAP for a fix, but good luck because my experience with their support has been total dog shit. Never again will I buy from them and you shouldn’t either.
Update: Apparently this is for EP 2 Pros bought in 2024.
